“If you are looking for a class to keep you in trim whilst your pregnant, which allows you to push yourself as far as you want to then fit mummy allows you to do this. Lizzie is a mum who knows what it’s like to be pregnant and the muscles you will need to work for before you go into labour, the breathing and strength you need during labour and the muscles you will need after your little bundle comes onto the world. I found this class just right for me, helped me through my labour with the breathing, which was commented on by the midwives as great breathing technique. I met some great other mums to be and will keep in touch with.”
“I started the classes when I was 11 weeks and will continue with them until I have my baby. Lizzie is a fantastic instructor who makes everyone feel at ease whatever stage of pregnancy they are in. I find the exercise beneficial especially with the focus being on strengthening the muscles that will be used in labour. I like the fact that I can talk to other first time mums and women that have been through pregnancy and labour once or twice before. It’s good to know others have the same worries as me and the ladies have been through it before can answer my questions. Would definitely recommend this class.”

You get a great all round work with buggy fit – some cardio with all over Toning, working to your own level. Its such a great idea working with the buggy so you can have your baby with you the whole time. There’s even room to lay or let them play on the mats if they don’t want to stay in the buggy for the whole class. Plus the added bonus of being indoors so it doesn’t matter what the weather is doing!. Lizzie is a fab instructor, with much experience so she can help everyone get back in shape, or help with any issues.
It’s great fun, perfect workout & chance to meet other mums all at similar stages.
