Pre & Post Natal Exercise Specialists – Fitness classes in Pregnancy and Postnatal, specific Postnatal programmes to re-build the foundations of the Core and Pelvic Floor after baby.
Fit Mummy™ are Lizzie Duggan and Sarah St John we are Fitness Trainers with over 30years combined experience in the field and 20years experience training women in pre and postnatal exercise. We work specifically in this field on a day to day basis and are helping women achieve the results they want throughtout their pregnancy and back into their favourite activity after their postnatal recovery programme.
We are excited to say we are coming back! Its no good we miss teaching you ladies on a weekly basis so we are coming back and we are coming back with more ways to help ladies in pregnancy and after birth.
Our Baby on Board will be starting back on Thursday 23rd February 7.15-8.15pm at K2 Leisure centre, Crawley which is where we are now based on a full time basis in the classes and in our treatment rooms.
We will also be introducing our new Mummy and Baby CoreWorks class Wednesdays 11-11.45am starting 1st March.
